Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Cyber Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in cyber business development and/or account management, with a proven track record of building and managing new and existing relationships. This role focuses on expanding our presence in the cybersecurity incident response market, specifically targeting global non-panel law firms in privacy/cybersecurity (preferred), digital forensics incident response firms, and breach counsel panel law firms.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders preferably with global non-panel law firms in privacy/cybersecurity and private equity firms.
- Drive sales through prospecting, lead generation, and introductions within the incident response industry.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions to clients.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in cybersecurity, cryptocurrency payments, threat actor intelligence, and incident response.
- Proactively promote the DigitalMint Cyber incident response services to industry contributors.
- Work closely with DigitalMint Management Team to establish & execute a cutting-edge consulting practice.
- Continuously stay in tune with all the major (and upcoming) ransomware variant threat groups and provide scheduling reporting to key industry players.
- Work closely with DigitalMint Compliance Team on best practices and iterating the optimal on-boarding process for new clients during incidents
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably but not required
- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in cybersecurity (or similar field) business development and/or account management
- Established relationships within global non-panel law firms in privacy/cybersecurity (preferred), digital forensics incident response firms, and breach counsel panel law firms
- Strong understanding of incident response concepts and market trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
